TURNAROUND TIME
- All of our products are made to order, just for you!
- Please expect a turnaround time of at least 7-10 business days. However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume or pre-orders.
- In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.
SHIPPING POLICY
Dirty Boy Co. offers package protection to all customers for a small fee. If you are interested on this option, please contact us before your purchase. If a customer declines package protection, we are unable to replace any lost/stolen packages.
If you have purchased package protection and need to file a missing package claim, please begin your claim in the selected transportation company.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it's whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact with the company directly.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.

Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.
CANCELLATIONS
- We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.
